Rebilas-Imagn Images The Los Angeles Rams' revolving door on the offensive line had more movement Thursday as the team opened the practice window for starters Steve Avila and Jonah Jackson.
There is a possibility that both will be activated from injured reserve and available for Monday night's home game against the Miami Dolphins. The news comes just as tackle Rob Havenstein was ruled out for Monday with an ankle injury.
The Rams also activated offensive lineman Joe Noteboom (ankle) from injured reserve Tuesday.
Avila, 25, played in the season-opening loss to the Detroit Lions and has been out ever since with a knee injury. Jackson, 27, agreed to a three-year, $51 million deal with Los Angeles in the offseason, but has been out since Week 3 with a shoulder injury.
Despite the upheaval on the line, the Rams' offense has continued to improve with the team currently on a three-game winning streak after a 26-20 overtime victory over the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday. Center Beaux Limmer, a rookie out of Arkansas, has blossomed over the first half of the season.
Los Angeles opened the season 1-4 while dealing with a number of injuries, including games missed by wide receivers Puka Nacua (knee) and Cooper Kupp (ankle).
The Rams have averaged 25.3 points over its last three games after averaging 18.8 points in the first five contests.
